\u201cI promotori del referendum stanno utilizzando la Giornata dell\u2019Acqua per finalit\u00e0 che non hanno nulla a che fare con quelle previste dall\u2019ONU, che ha voluto attrarre l\u2019attenzione mondiale sui problemi delle popolazioni che non hanno accesso a questo elemento fondamentale e non certo sulla natura degli enti che gestiscono gli acquedotti.<\/p>\n
\u00c8 vergognoso usare le immagini di bambini africani sofferenti per difendere le aziende municipalizzate, le inefficienze, le poltrone politicizzate e le assunzioni clientelari. Ed \u00e8 un imbroglio parlare dei racket mafiosi sull\u2019acqua come se fossero le conseguenze della nuova legge che si vuole abrogare, visto che questi racket hanno prosperato proprio con la vecchia norma.<\/p>\n
Val la pena di ricordare che la privatizzazione dei servizi pubblici locali, che il referendum cancellerebbe, lascia completamente alle istituzioni pubbliche le decisioni sulle politiche dell\u2019acqua, nell\u2019ambiente come nelle reti.
