\u201cAvendo sempre presente il principio costituzionale della presunzione di innocenza, un dato balza evidente nella vicenda dell\u2019ipotizzato tentativo della criminalit\u00e0 organizzata di piazzare persone fidate nel Consiglio Regionale calabrese: il meccanismo delle preferenze agevola simili tentativi.<\/p>\n
Infatti, sommando le preferenze di tutti i candidati arrestati si arriva a 13.382 che hanno dato luogo a un seggio. Se questo voto si fosse espresso nel sostegno a una lista, non avrebbe prodotto neppure un seggio, tant\u2019\u00e8 vero che la lista Sinistra per Vendola \u00e8 rimasta senza eletti pur avendo preso oltre 38mila voti. Addirittura, ammettendo che i 13mila voti dei cinque arrestati fossero davvero orientati da un entit\u00e0 unica, quella entit\u00e0, distribuendo i propri voti in modo pi\u00f9 oculato – poco pi\u00f9 di un centesimo del totale – avrebbe potuto eleggere non uno ma ben tre consiglieri su 50, visto che sono ben 10 i consiglieri eletti con meno di 4mila preferenze.<\/p>\n
Su questi dati dovrebbero meditare coloro che vogliono reintrodurre le preferenze alle elezioni politiche, cosa che ci renderebbe un caso quasi unico dentro e fuori l\u2019Unione Europea\u201d.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
