Lo Statuto del Contribuente, solennemente approvato nel 2000, troppo spesso derogato con provvedimenti d\u2019urgenza, viene spesso violato proprio da organismi dello Stato. La richiesta di documenti entro termini ben al di sotto dei 60 giorni previsti dall\u2019articolo 3 dello Stato \u00e8 illegale. La richiesta di documenti gi\u00e0 in possesso dell\u2019Agenzia delle Entrate, oltre che assurda, \u00e8 illegale anch\u2019essa. Il fatto che, ai numeri di telefono segnalati\u00a0al contribuente per ottenere spiegazioni e parlare con il <<responsabili del procedimento>>, non risponda nessuno non genera certo buoni sentimenti tra le vittime. I controlli spettacolari sulle grosse auto fanno i titoli dei giornali, ma se ne farebbero di pi\u00f9 e meglio ai computer, senza molestare persone che, comunque sia, spendono e dunque fanno lavorare.<\/p>\n
