\u201c\u00c8 curioso che il presidente della Telecom, Franco Bernab\u00e8, pretenda che il Parlamento si astenga dal legiferare su materie come l\u2019ultimo miglio delle linee telefoniche. Una rapida lettura alle due righe dell\u2019articolo 70 della Costituzione gli potrebbe essere utile per ricordare che, in Italia, le leggi le fanno Senato e Camera. Del resto, non si vede come ci\u00f2 che lui definisce un <esproprio> potrebbe essere materia di regolamento e non di legge.<\/p>\n
Nel merito, il Parlamento sar\u00e0 sicuramente interessato a sentire le opinioni del dottor Bernab\u00e8, se partono da elementi reali. Ma parlare di problemi di sicurezza per il fatto che societ\u00e0 diverse da Telecom mettono le mani sulle linee telefoniche \u00e8 un argomento assai debole, visto che la stragrande maggioranza degli interventi sono oggi effettuati da ditte esterne.<\/p>\n
