Sul tema \u00e8 intervenuto anche il senatore Lucio Malan che, in un\u2019interrogazione al Ministro dell\u2019Interno, ha chiesto tra l\u2019altro \u201cse il Ministro intenda dare disposizioni ai propri uffici di attenersi al parere del Consiglio di Stato in merito al numero minimo di fedeli per ottenere l’approvazione di ministri di culto, ovvero ritenga di applicare la legge vigente e i principi, oggi in Costituzione, della parit\u00e0 dei diritti fra i cittadini e della libert\u00e0 religiosa, almeno al livello garantito durante il regime fascista\u201d.<\/p>\n
