Il senatore Andrea Pastore, presidente della Commissione bicamerale per la semplificazione, e il senatore Lucio Malan, membro della Giunta delle elezioni e delle immunit\u00e0 parlamentari, hanno presentato un disegno di legge per regolare l\u2019elezione dei parlamentari nelle circoscrizioni estere. La proposta mira a modificare la legge 27 dicembre 2001, n\u00b0 459 in materia di esercizio di voto dei cittadini italiani residenti all\u2019estero.<\/p>\n
Nel merito, il senatore Pastore ha dichiarato: \u201cIn seguito alla vicenda dell\u2019ormai ex senatore Di Girolamo, \u00e8 ora giunto il momento di cambiare al pi\u00f9 presto alcune storture che regolano il voto dei cittadini italiani all\u2019estero.
