\u201c\u00c8 bizzarro che i senatori Zanda e Finocchiaro parlino di scarsa produttivit\u00e0 del Senato, visto che nella scorsa legislatura, con loro due alla guida del principale gruppo di Maggioranza governativa, si era scesi a un numero di votazioni e di leggi approvate pari ad un quarto della legislatura precedente.<\/p>\n
Dopo un anno di legislatura, infatti, sotto il secondo Governo Prodi il Senato aveva approvato 35 leggi, mentre sotto il secondo Governo Berlusconi, si era arrivati a quota 119. Oggi siamo a quota 50, ma con molti provvedimenti assai ampi come la Finanziaria anticipata dell\u2019anno scorso.<\/p>\n
Ancora pi\u00f9 bizzarro affermare che la Camera lavorerebbe di pi\u00f9. Forse sfugge il fatto che tutte le leggi devono necessariamente passare in entrambi i rami del Parlamento ed \u00e8 dunque impossibile che uno produca pi\u00f9 dell\u2019altro, a meno che non si produca un intasamento nell\u2019altro – cosa che non si \u00e8 verificata. Anzi, disegni di legge assai problematici, come il testamento biologico, sono stati esitati prima da Palazzo Madama. Si potrebbe anche aggiungere che il calendario di Palazzo Madama \u00e8 stato quasi sempre approvato all\u2019unanimit\u00e0 e che ha compreso anche molti provvedimenti di iniziativa parlamentare, come appunto il testamento biologico o le numerose mozioni come quella sul clima\u201d.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
