\u201cIl ruolo di Berlusconi, nel semestre di presidenza ceca dell\u2019Unione che inizia oggi, sar\u00e0 ancora pi\u00f9 importante per il raccordo che sapr\u00e0 svolgere tra la \u2018vecchia Europa\u2019 di cui l\u2019Italia fa parte come fondatrice dell\u2019integrazione continentale, e la \u2018nuova Europa\u2019 con la quale il Premier ha sempre avuto un rapporto privilegiato.<\/p>\n
Va ricordato che, anche nella recente trattativa sul pacchetto clima, la \u2018nuova Europa\u2019 e in particolare la Repubblica Ceca e il suo presidente Vaclav Klaus sono stati i principali alleati dell\u2019Italia per impedire le applicazioni pi\u00f9 irragionevoli degli obiettivi sulle emissioni.<\/p>\n
