Ora occorre cambiare mentalit\u00e0 nella Pubblica Amministrazione: da quella burocratica che pensa di risolvere i problemi richiedendo certificati e moduli per qualunque cosa, a quella pragmatica che prevede responsabilit\u00e0 chiara e interventi veri sulle cose. Gi\u00e0 prevedo l\u2019arrivo di proposte di legge per introdurre nuovi adempimenti e certificati\u00a0che servono solo a scaricare le responsabilit\u00e0. Deve essere fatto ogni sforzo per salvare altre vite e non per produrre carte.<\/p>\n
