\u201c\u00c8 bizzarro che un\u2019esponente autorevole e intelligente del PD come il senatore Latorre dica che, senza il cosiddetto Senato federale, i progetti federalisti sono solo chiacchiere. Ma allora perch\u00e9, nel 2001, il centrosinistra approv\u00f2 una riforma che affidava alla Regioni addirittura competenze come istruzione, ricerca scientifica, energia e grandi reti di trasporto, senza toccare una virgola che riguardasse il Senato?<\/p>\n
Hanno pi\u00f9 autonomia gli Stati degli Usa, dove il Senato ha dignit\u00e0 pari se non superiore alla Camera, o le Regioni della Francia dove il Senato \u00e8 eletto dai notabili delle autonomie locali come alcuni vorrebbero accadesse in Italia? Nella nostra riforma c\u2019era una specializzazione dei due rami del Parlamento, ma dall\u2019altra parte non trovammo che contrariet\u00e0.<\/p>\n
Ha ragione Latorre nel definire una sciocchezza la retorica del dialogo, ma non sarebbe nemmeno utile all\u2019Italia ritornare al copione di cinque anni fa, quando le nostre proposte venivano respinte dal centrosinistra anche quando erano identiche a quelle che avevano votato loro pochi anni prima\u201d.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
