Lui, che era Ministro degli Esteri nel Governo Prodi, cosa ha fatto per i diritti umani – specialmente in Cina? Zero virgola zero. Persino oggi, che non ha pi\u00f9 responsabilit\u00e0 di Governo, il massimo che riesce a dire \u00e8 che la Cina andrebbe \u2018incoraggiata nel modificare la propria politica di apertura sui diritti umani\u2019. E pensare che si glori\u00f2 molto della moratoria ONU sulla pena di morte, ottenuta quando lui era al Governo, moratoria che la Cina ha totalmente ignorato rafforzando il suo primato mondiale di esecuzioni.<\/p>\n
