Cio\u00e8: all’Italia, che si \u00e8 desta, che ha cinto il famoso \u2018elmo di Scipio\u2019\u00a0(vittorioso condottiero romano), la Vittoria dovrebbe – secondo Mameli – porgere la chioma (che non c’entra molto, ma \u00e8 per far rima con \u2018Roma\u2019) poich\u00e9, a causa dei tanti successi bellici degli antichi, si potrebbe dire che la Vittoria sia schiava di Roma.<\/p>\n
