\u201cLe accuse del Senatore Legnini al Presidente Schifani di aver violato il regolamento sono del tutto infondate, al punto da essere risibili. L’articolo 93 del regolamento dice che il presidente \u2018ha la facolt\u00e0\u2019 – e non di certo l’obbligo – di ammettere nuove questioni pregiudiziali.<\/p>\n
E’ l’Opposizione, piuttosto, ad aver tentato una forzatura con una pregiudiziale non sul testo, ma su due emendamenti. Inoltre, ci\u00f2 che ha impedito ad alcuni senatori del PD di parlare \u00e8 stato il fatto che i loro colleghi avevano ampiamente esaurito i tempi assegnati al loro gruppo.<\/p>\n
In entrambi i casi, il Presidente Schifani ha applicato il regolamento, e l’ha fatto con grande garbo e nel massimo rispetto per ciascun senatore\u201d.<\/p>\n
