E le riforme istituzionali di cui parlano – riduzione dei parlamentari, snellimento procedimento legislativo e poteri di nomina e revoca dei ministri al premier – sono quelle che abbiamo fatto noi, e che loro hanno voluto bocciare con il referendum per il quale hanno fatto scendere in campo Scalfaro a dire che la Costituzione del ’47 \u00e8 intoccabile.<\/p>\n
