Gli anni scorsi c&#8217;ero\u00a0e posso dirlo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Bisognerebbe poi conoscere la Costituzione che prevede la convocazione delle Camere entro cinque giorni dalla presentazione di un decreto-legge a titolo di garanzia per coloro che volessero eccepire sui presupposti costituzionali del decreto stesso.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Chi ritiene che il Governo abbia emanato il decreto \u2018in violazione della Costituzione\u2019 non ha nulla da dire e, infatti, nessuno dei presenti ha
