Riprendendo le parole del Capo della Polizia Antonio Manganelli, il parlamentare PdL Lucio Malan si dice favorevole all’ipotesi \u201cdi rendere le Forze di Polizia pi\u00f9 “americane”, attribuendo a esse poteri simili a quelli che hanno negli Stati Uniti. La riforma del Codice di procedura penale del 1989, infatti, ha sottratto alla Polizia l’iniziativa su indagini, fermo e\u00a0interrogatorio di testimoni.<\/p>\n
“In realt\u00e0, le Forze di Polizia hanno finito per trovarsi con le mani legate, deresponsabilizzate e demotivate. Tre cose estremamente negative, specialmente quest’ultima, per chi svolge un compito cos\u00ec delicato. Cento agenti determinati e motivati, dotati di possibilit\u00e0 di iniziativa, sono pi\u00f9 efficaci di cinquemila che si limitano a svolgere burocraticamente le pratiche.
