Nella Finanziaria 2008, il Governo Prodi inser\u00ec una norma – di cui men\u00f2 gran vanto – per porre limiti ai trattamenti economici nella P.A. Tale norma, per\u00f2, non \u00e8 mai entrata in vigore – in mancanza del decreto presidenziale con apposito regolamento che, proprio in questi giorni, il Ministro Brunetta ha presentato. Si tratta comunque di limiti altissimi, del tutto incompatibili con i sacrifici che si stanno imponendo a tante categorie di Cittadini.<\/p>\n
