Resterebbero certamente puniti gli atti di pedofilia, ma diventerebbe assai difficile impedire a un pedofilo di svolgere mestieri o frequentare ambienti che lo pongano a stretto contatto con i bambini.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La norma inserita a sproposito nel decreto sicurezza \u00e8 un capolavoro di insensatezza e iniquit\u00e0. Protegge i pedofili, impedisce di argomentare contro l\u2019adozione e l\u2019affidamento di bambini da parte di coppie dello stesso sesso, e per far questo tra l\u2019altro cancella il reato di istigazione all\u2019odio razziale (resta solo l\u2019incitamento alla discriminazione) previsto dalla convenzione di New York del 7 marzo 1966 &#8211; reato per il quale una settimana fa \u00e8 stato chiesto il rinvio a giudizio dei vertici dell\u2019UCOII.
