Eppure l\u2019articolo 68 della Costituzione stabilisce che un parlamentare non pu\u00f2 essere intercettato senza l\u2019autorizzazione della sua Camera di appartenenza. Ma per Mastella \u00e8 tutto ok.<\/p>\n
Ed \u00e8 anche normale che, mentre i magistrati ritengono interessanti le telefonate fra Guzzanti e Scaramella, non abbiano mai chiesto di sentire il senatore – cosa che sarebbe invece del tutto legittima.<\/p>\n
E quanto abbiamo appreso questa mattina dalla risposta del sottosegretario Li Gotti, per delega del Ministro, alla mia interrogazione che riguardava anche la incredibile detenzione di Mario Scaramella che dura da 114 giorni. Anche qui, ci \u00e8 stato detto, tutto bene.<\/p>\n
Anche normale che i magistrati non abbiano mai fatto nulla per sentire finch\u00e9 era vivo Alexander Litvinenko, fonte dichiarata della presunta calunnia di Scaramella nei confronti di un certo Alexander Talik – di cui sono trapelate intercettazioni in cui manifesta pesanti propositi di vendetta proprio verso Litvinenko.<\/p>\n
