Nel corso della discussione nell’aula del Senato sulla legge comunitaria 2006, che recepisce anche la direttiva 85\/2005 sul diritto d’asilo, \u00e8 stato accolto un ordine del giorno presentato da Lucio Malan che impegna il Governo a porre in atto le misure necessarie ad impedire che l’esercizio del diritto di restare in Italia durante l’esame della richiesta di asilo sia strumentalmente usato come mezzo per evitare l’espulsione.<\/p>\n
\u201cAspettiamo al varco il Governo al momento del parere parlamentare sul decreto legislativo. Nella direttiva europea c’\u00e8 la possibilit\u00e0 di inserire gli strumenti per evitare gli abusi. Saremo inesorabili se il Governo non li inserir\u00e0 nel decreto attuativo, perch\u00e9 questo vorrebbe dire vanificare tutti gli sforzi fatti per limitare l’immigrazione clandestina. Ci\u00f2 sarebbe gravissimo e irresponsabile, vista la quantit\u00e0 di sbarchi cui stiamo assistendo\u201d.<\/p>\n
