E’ chiaro a chiunque sappia qualcosa di leggi e procedure elettorali – e fra questi sembrano non esserci Deaglio e i suoi estimatori – che la diminuzione delle schede bianche \u00e8 dovuta almeno in parte al nuovo sistema, che ha inserito nella scheda i simboli di tutti i partiti estendendo la scelta da due o tre candidati a una ventina di liste. Dobbiamo per\u00f2 accertare se a questo fenomeno non si sia aggiunta qualche mano ‘mancina’.
