MALAN (FI): PRESENTATO ESPOSTO A PROCURA PER ISTIGAZIONE A ODIO RAZZIALE"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Il senatore Lucio Malan ha inviato un <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.luciomalan.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/10\/060822_Esposto-UCOII4.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"color: #3366ff; text-decoration: underline;\">esposto alla Procura di Roma sull\u2019inserzione dell\u2019UCOII<\/span><\/a><\/span> che definisce equivalenti le stragi naziste a quelle israeliane.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cC\u2019\u00e8 una legge del 1993, la cosiddetta legge Mancino, che punisce l\u2019istigazione all\u2019odio razziale. Le parole e gli argomenti dell\u2019inserzione dell\u2019UCOII, ancora consultabile sul loro sito, a mio parere sono ampiamente idonei a suscitare l\u2019odio verso Israele e gli ebrei in generale equiparandone gli atti alla pi\u00f9 notoriamente crudele e sanguinosa delle dittature.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Vi sono numeri gonfiati, come i 60 morti attribuiti al recente episodio di Qana: addirittura due in pi\u00f9 dei 58 falsamente comunicati inizialmente, poi rivelatisi 28. Si attribuiscono a Israele anche fatti notoriamente commessi da altri, come la strage di Sabra e Chatila, si d\u00e0 a credere che Israele abbia avuto una politica espansionista e abbia sempre iniziato le guerre, si omettono tutti gli atti subiti dal popolo di quel Paese, il tutto per additarlo all\u2019odio di tutti.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Vedremo cosa far\u00e0 la Procura di Roma.
