N\u00e9 il Presidente della Repubblica n\u00e9 il Parlamento sono in alcun modo umiliati. Al contrario, sono messi nelle condizioni il primo di svolgere meglio il proprio ruolo di garanzia, il secondo di attuare pi\u00f9 rapidamente il programma scelto dai Cittadini.<\/p>\n
