MALAN (FI): ECCO LA NOSTRA PROPOSTA DI RIFORMA"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cLa proposta di Forza Italia di riforma della <em>par condicio<\/em>, elaborata da me insieme al deputato Antonio Palmieri, \u00e8 organica e offre un testo unico che sostituisce tutte le leggi vigenti sulla comunicazione elettorale\u00a0 &#8211; da quella del 1956 a quella del 19 febbraio del 2000.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Per prima cosa, proponiamo la liberalizzazione della comunicazione a pagamento in televisione (cio\u00e8 degli spot &#8211; ndr); in secondo luogo, che il 90% dello spazio della comunicazione istituzionale (le tribune politiche &#8211; ndr) venga distribuito tra i Partiti in maniera proporzionale al consenso elettorale di ciascuno, mentre il restante 10% andrebbe ripartito tra tutti.
