1) Garantire l’invarianza del gettito IMU, imponendo la restituzione dell’eccedenza.<\/p>\n

2)\u00a0Introdurre la possibilit\u00e0 di ricorrere contro eccessivi aumenti degli estimi catastali.<\/p>\n

3)\u00a0Escludere qualsiasi tipo di sanzione per il famigerato abuso di diritto.<\/p>\n

4)\u00a0Imporre al Governo che almeno precisi le operazioni che possono configurarsi come abuso di diritto.<\/p>\n

5) Escludere che la scelta di strumenti finanziari\u00a0 possa configurare un abuso di diritto.<\/p>\n

6)\u00a0Imporre alle agenzie fiscali di mettere on line, in forma anonima, i comportamenti che hanno fatto rilevare abuso di diritto, per limitare scelte arbitrarie e favoritismi.<\/p>\n

7)\u00a0Garantire ai Contribuenti efficaci strumenti per difendersi da richieste infondate di pagamento da parte delle agenzie fiscali.<\/p>\n

8)\u00a0Risarcire con un rimborso spese proporzionato alla gravosit\u00e0 delle procedure coloro i quali vengono richieste somme non dovute.<\/p>\n
