Lo ha affermato il senatore del PdL, Lucio Malan, intervenendo a \u2018Brontolo\u2019 &#8211; condotto da Oliviero Beha, su Rai Tre &#8211; a proposito dei \u2018saggi\u2019 nominati dal Presidente della Repubblica, Giorgio Napolitano.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sulle ipotesi di modifica della legge elettorale, Malan ha osservato: \u201cSarebbe meglio modificare la legge elettorale. Se si agisse in modo realistico, si potrebbero fare ritocchi. Gi\u00e0 nel 2011 avevamo avanzato la proposta di introdurre il premio di maggioranza nazionale anche al Senato, ma il PD l\u2019ha respinta perch\u00e9 non gli andava bene la legge attuale.
