\u201cIl suicidio del 14enne di Roma non pu\u00f2 che suscitare piet\u00e0 per lui e per i genitori. Ma non \u00e8 accettabile strumentalizzare questa tragedia per alzare il volume degli slogan a favore della proposta di legge detta \u2018anti-omofobia\u2019 in discussione alla Camera.<\/p>\n
Una legge che punisce con il carcere chi sostiene che un bambino ha bisogno di un padre e una madre, o un insegnante che presenti solo esempi di famiglie tradizionali, o chiunque sostenesse la morale sessuale che quasi tutte le religioni hanno sempre professato non pu\u00f2 essere giustificata col falso pretesto di evitare i suicidi – come se una legge fosse in grado di farlo – posto che le molestie anche verbali e l\u2019istigazione al suicidio sono gi\u00e0 punite. Vi sono suicidi di adolescenti per cattivi risultati scolastici, per problemi col proprio aspetto fisico, per delusioni d\u2019amore. Faremo una legge che proibisce di dire che \u00e8 meglio avere buoni risultati, che vieti ogni apprezzamento sulla bellezza o impedisca di innamorarsi?<\/p>\n
\u00c8 significativo che i sostenitori del pessimo testo in discussione alla Camera non abbiano mai risposto a queste obiezioni nel merito, limitandosi a dire che sono infondate ma senza spiegare perch\u00e9 la legge non si applicherebbe nei casi indicati\u201d.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
