“L’atteggiamento di irragionevole chiusura del ministro Cancellieri ha forse indicato la strada per ottenere le modifiche che, da tempo, Camera e Senato chiedono alla riforma della geografia giudiziaria” – ha dichiarato il senatore Lucio Malan (Popolo della Libert\u00e0) dopo l’incontro alla Camera del Ministro della Giustizia con numerosi parlamentari e rappresentanti delle aree colpite dall’annunciata chiusura di tribunali particolarmente rilevanti.<\/p>\n
“Il Ministro si \u00e8 arroccato dietro la presunta mancanza di concordia delle Camere su quali sedi salvare. Le ho fatto notare che il Parlamento ha scelto la forma della delega proprio perch\u00e9 il Governo si assumesse le sue responsabilit\u00e0 sui dettagli, mentre altri hanno sottolineato che diversi Tribunali – tra cui Pinerolo – e uno da individuare.<\/p>\n
Ora tenteremo di metterla alle strette, approvando un documento identico alla Camera e al Senato, perch\u00e9 faccia il decreto correttivo salvando i Tribunali su cui c’\u00e8 concordia.
