Di fronte al rischio di andare sotto, D&#8217;Al\u00ec propone di presentare emendamento su DL enti locali e Sanini propone una proroga di soli 3 mesi. Malan fa notare che il DL non ha fatto un passo in Parlamento e rischia di scadere, e chiede almeno 6 mesi.
