La riforma delle circoscrizioni giudiziarie, con il conseguente accorpamento dei tribunali, \u201cva rivista perch\u00e9 penalizza fortemente il Piemonte\u201d. Lo ha detto il presidente della Regione, Roberto Cota, che ha guidato la delegazione piemontese in audizione davanti alla Commissione tecnica istituita presso il Ministero della Giustizia per l\u2019attuazione della riforma delle circoscrizioni giudiziarie.<\/p>\n
Con il presidente Cota erano presenti i parlamentari Lucio Malan e Giuseppe Monchiero, l\u2019assessore regionale Alberto Cirio, il sindaco di Alba Maurizio Marello e il sindaco di Pinerolo Eugenio Buttiero, gli avvocati Giancarlo Bongiovanni, Teodoro Bubbio e Alfredo Merlo, Franco Samp\u00f2 in rappresentanza dei sindaci della Langa albese, e Marco Perosino in rappresentanza della Provincia di Cuneo. \u201cDurante l\u2019audizione \u2013 fa sapere la Regione \u2013 sono state rappresentate in particolare le situazioni di Alba e Pinerolo, fortemente danneggiate da questa riorganizzazione giudiziaria che penalizza i cittadini delle vaste aree interessate\u201d.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
