Nel luglio scorso, infatti, eravamo pronti a votare il testo gi\u00e0 approvato alla Camera, che sarebbe fin da allora divenuto legge. \u00c8 proprio il PD che ha voluto rimettere mano al testo, rendendolo pi\u00f9 confuso e soggetto a discrezionalit\u00e0 e arbitrio da parte di magistrati politicizzati.
