L’Aula del Senato ha inserito nel calendario dei lavori delle prossime sedute il ddl 54 (Contrasto e repressione dei crimini di genocidio, crimini contro l’umanit\u00e0 e crimini di guerra – prima firma Silvana Amati, PD), che prevede l’introduzione nel codice penale del reato di negazionismo.<\/p>\n
La discussione generale, ha spiegato in aula Lucio Malan di Forza Italia, era gi\u00e0 iniziata. “Il testo \u00e8 migliorabile – ha ammesso l’esponente di FI – e credo che l’Aula possa migliorarlo esaminando gli emendamenti che sono stati presentati.
