Mentre sul voto palese aveva almeno la foglia di fico del parere 7 a 6 della Giunta per il Regolamento, questa volta \u00e8 persino dovuto andare contro la posizione espressa 10 a 8 dal Consiglio di presidenza. Se, come dicono molti, questa \u00e8 una mossa per ottenere i voti del M5S per il Quirinale, \u00e8 un\u2019ulteriore aggravante.
