“Ho consegnato di persona al Quirinale un appello al Presidente Napolitano perch\u00e9 non firmi la cosiddetta legge Delrio in quanto palesemente contraria alla natura democratica della Repubblica, alla sovranit\u00e0 popolare, all’uguaglianza fra i cittadini, al decentramento amministrativo e alle autonomie locali – tutti principi sanciti dalla Costituzione, in particolare dagli articoli 1, 3, 5, 48, e all’intero Titolo V.<\/p>\n
Mi riferisco ai ‘sindaci metropolitani’, imposti a 10 milioni di Italiani che non hanno la possibilit\u00e0 di influire, neppure indirettamente, sulla loro scelta, all’interruzione anticipata del mandato dei consiglieri provinciali mentre i presidenti restano in carica. Inaccettabile anche l’imposizione di una persona, eletta per fare il sindaco, a fare un’altra cosa – in pratica il presidente di Provincia: con questo principio, il sindaco della pi\u00f9 grande Citt\u00e0 italiana, o il presidente della Regione pi\u00f9 grande, potrebbero proclamarsi Presidente della Repubblica!”.<\/p>\n
