C’\u00e8 da augurarsi che non sia vero, perch\u00e9 questo vorrebbe dire non modificare il disastroso testo approvato dalla Camera e poi dalle commissioni Giustizia e Sanit\u00e0 – respingendo i nostri numerosi emendamenti per correggere i palesi errori contenuti.<\/p>\n
L’errore pi\u00f9 palese \u00e8 quello di consentire di ottenere stupefacenti presentando la sola fotocopia della ricetta medica, dando modo a chiunque di accumulare grosse quantit\u00e0 di farmaci pericolosi per poi rivenderli tranquillamente: se non \u00e8 un errore questo, allora c’\u00e8 davvero l’intenzione di far dilagare queste sostanze.<\/p>\n
L’errore ancora pi\u00f9 pericoloso \u00e8 quello di aver abbassato la pena massima per il cosiddetto “piccolo spaccio” da 5 a 4 anni, rendendo cos\u00ec impossibile l’arresto cautelare e consentendo invece che gli spacciatori – anche di eroina e delle droghe pi\u00f9 micidiali – non vedano mai il carcere, ma siano condannati solo a un lavoro di pubblica utilit\u00e0. Come se non bastasse, il decreto equipara ai prodotti derivati dalla cannabis<\/em> naturale quelli che vengono da cannabis<\/em> OGM con tassi di principio attivo pericolosissimi, classificandoli come ‘leggeri’.<\/p>\n Il Governo non metta la fiducia sullo spaccio libero di eroina e l’incetta e lo spaccio dei farmaci stupefacenti.
