\u201cAbbiamo appreso con soddisfazione la notizia del voto in Commissione Giustizia al Senato, che ha approvato il disegno di legge contenente il negazionismo della Shoah, dei crimini di genocidio e contro l\u2019umanit\u00e0 come aggravante della legge Mancino. Il nostro plauso va al presidente della Commissione, Nitto Palma, e ai primi firmatari del testo, Lucio Malan e Silvana Amati, che si sono prodigati in questa battaglia di civilt\u00e0 nel nostro Paese. Ora auspichiamo che il testo di legge arrivi in Aula in tempi brevi, confidando anche nell\u2019impegno che il Presidente Pietro Grasso ha sempre dimostrato. La speranza \u00e8 che, grazie alla relazione della senatrice Rosaria Capacchione e alla discussione a Palazzo Madama, l\u2019Italia si doti (come previsto dalla decisione quadro 2008-913-GAI del Consiglio dell\u2019Unione Europea e dal protocollo addizionale sul cybercrime di Budapest del 2003) di uno strumento efficace per contrastare gli assassini della Memoria che operano anche sul web\u201d.<\/p>\n
