“Le parole della Presidente della Camera, Laura Boldrini, sulla non necessit\u00e0 di un decreto legge per la riforma della RAI sono pi\u00f9 che legittime. Non vi \u00e8 alcun motivo d’urgenza per ricorrere allo strumento del decreto legge che – come recita la Costituzione – deve essere utilizzato per materie che richiedono tempestivit\u00e0 e rapidit\u00e0 d’azione. Mi auguro che anche il Presidente del Senato, Pietro Grasso, ribadisca lo stesso sacrosanto principio.<\/p>\n
Non possiamo permettere colpi di mano su una materia cos\u00ec delicata come \u00e8 l’assetto del servizio pubblico radiotelevisivo. Il Capo dello Stato faccia sentire la propria voce, chiara e autorevole, per impedire che questa vicenda diventi l’ennesimo oltraggio del Governo Renzi nei confronti del Parlamento e dei cittadini. Gi\u00e0 \u00e8 gravissimo e provocatorio che il Premier dichiari di agire per decreto non perch\u00e9 ce ne sono i presupposti costituzionali ma perch\u00e9 l’ostruzionismo gli d\u00e0 fastidio. Spero che arrivino a Renzi segnali chiari e autorevoli.
