[&#8230;]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Le modifiche sono state approvate al Senato con 234 voti a favore e 3 contrari, dopo un travagliato percorso di tre anni portato avanti dalla senatrice Amati e dal senatore Malan per cercare di fermare la nuova ondata di antisemitismo europeo e sensibilizzare i giovani sempre pi\u00f9 esposti alla propaganda negazionista. Il testo aveva sollevato inizialmente qualche dubbio, specialmente negli esperti di Storia, per le possibili limitazioni alla ricerca ma, come ha voluto precisare il senatore Malan: &#8220;I risultati confortanti in Aula fanno pensare che siamo in presenza di un ottimo testo, che tutela la libert\u00e0 di pensiero e la ricerca storica e rende\u00a0il negazionismo un\u2019aggravante per\u00a0altri reati, come ad esempio quello di incitamento all\u2019odio razziale.
