Una modifica della legge del 1975 sul genocidio introduce un\u2019aggravante in caso di negazione della Shoah<\/h4>\n

Il secondo firmatario del disegno di legge \u00e8 il senatore Lucio Malan, che ha ricordato come sia importante che lo stesso Parlamento che nel 1938 approv\u00f2 le leggi razziste, segnando cos\u00ec il destino degli Ebrei italiani, approvi una legge di contrasto al negazionismo della Shoah: \u00abUn atto positivo, doveroso, che rende questo Paese pi\u00f9 civile\u00bb. Pensieri e parole ampiamente condivisi in Aula, in maniera trasversale: non \u00e8 un caso che i primi firmatari del disegno di legge siano una senatrice del Partito Democratico e un senatore di Forza Italia, ai quali si sono aggiunti molti altri parlamentari appartenenti a diversi schieramenti politici. E non \u00e8 forse un caso neppure che il senatore Lucio Malan, nato a Luserna San Giovanni, sia valdese.<\/p>\n
