Il senatore Lucio Malan ha presentato la richiesta di ritorno alla commissione Affari Costituzionali del ddl Boschi, sottolineando che saltare il voto in commissione \u00e8 stato incostituzionale.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8220;Questa riforma creer\u00e0 una Camera che per il 55% sar\u00e0 il Soviet supremo e per il 45% sar\u00e0 irrilevante&#8221;
