“\u00c8 straordinario vedere rappresentati di prestigiose istituzioni, insieme a meno prestigiose associazioni – che il Governo, per\u00f2, vuole fare diventare formatori nella scuola – difendere ed elevare a eroica vittima uno studente che ha pubblicato su internet una foto esplicita di rapporto sessuale. Siamo arrivati al punto che un reato – la diffusione di materiale pornografico con minori protagonisti – anzich\u00e9 essere esecrato, diviene pretesto per promuovere il ddl Scalfarotto che vuole impedire la libert\u00e0 religiosa, la libert\u00e0 di espressione, e il diritto\/dovere costituzionale dei genitori a educare i figli secondo i propri principi. A quanto pare, per costoro non dare la piena approvazione alla pubblicazione di fotografie pornografiche di minori \u00e8 omofobia e, secondo il loro ddl, va punito con il carcere.<\/p>\n
