In occasione della discussione in Commissione giustizia del Senato del disegno di legge Cirinn\u00e0 sulle unioni civili, il dibattito sull’utero in affitto si fa sempre pi\u00f9 stringente, soprattutto dopo la denuncia che Pro-vita presenter\u00e0 domani nei confronti di una associazione milanese che, di fatto e contra legem<\/em>, realizza anche nel nostro Paese la cosiddetta ‘maternit\u00e0 per conto terzi’.<\/p>\n Contro l’utero in affitto, gi\u00e0 vietato dalla legge 40 con la sanzione per chi ne organizza o pubblicizza l’impiego, i parlamentari di Area popolare, Forza Italia e Lega chiedono ora un rafforzamento della legislazione.
