Per lo stesso principio, i tribunali diranno che, per non discriminare, bisogna consentire l’adozione. Ci sar\u00e0 il cognome comune, la reversibilit\u00e0, la cittadinanza per il ‘coniuge’ straniero. Intanto, le coppie conviventi eterosessuali sono colpite da una normativa folle dove \u00e8 il giudice, non la volont\u00e0 degli interessati, a stabilire se una coppia ha le poche tutele e i doveri della legge oppure no.
