“Imporre il referendum costituzionale il 19 giugno, senza aspettare i tre mesi previsti dalla Costituzione perch\u00e9 i cittadini o le Regioni possano costituirsi nei comitati referendari, sarebbe un colpo di Stato. Organi di informazione scrivono che il Governo starebbe mobilitando tutti i suoi apparati per ottenere l’assenso a questa violazione della Costituzione, e del diritto dei cittadini a essere informati non solo dalla propaganda di regime e a essere protagonisti con la raccolta delle firme. Va ricordato che i comitati referendari sono organi costituzionali secondo numerose sentenze della Consulta.
