\u201cLa decisione della Corte Costituzionale di ritenere inammissibile il ricorso che abbiamo presentato sulle modalit\u00e0 di approvazione del ddl Cirinn\u00e0 \u00e8 molto preoccupante. La Corte riterrebbe, insomma, di non poter prendere in esame nessun tipo di violazione regolamentare: un fatto sconcertante. Questo vuol dire, indipendentemente da come la si pensi sulle unioni civili e su come \u00e8 stata approvata, che qualsiasi comportamento irregolare in Senato e alla Camera sarebbe del tutto insindacabile. Sembra una porta spalancata a chi in futuro volesse, ad esempio, far approvare un provvedimento con le minacce o con la forza, o impedendo a una parte dei parlamentari di votare, o con qualsiasi tipo di violazione.
