Presentato un emendamento al decreto milleproroghe, che mira a semplificare il Piano Casa in deroga alle norme regionali<\/h4>\n

Presentato dal relatore del PDL Lucio Malan, l’emendamento punta a eliminare incertezze e dubbi interpretativi, superando le eccezioni e le limitazioni introdotte da diverse Regioni al Piano Casa. Stabilisce infatti che le misure per il rilancio dell’economia attraverso l’attivit\u00e0 edilizia, frutto dell’intesa raggiunta in Conferenza Unificata Stato-Regioni il 1\u00b0 aprile 2009, possano prevedere \u2013 con disposizioni aventi validit\u00e0 temporale definita – \u201cinterventi di trasformazione edilizia e territoriale, in particolare mediante il riconoscimento di forme di incentivazione volumetrica e di semplificazione, anche in deroga alle norme e agli strumenti di pianificazione vigenti in materia territoriale e urbanistica\u201d.<\/p>\n
