\u201cOggi c\u2019\u00e8 stata una nuova protesta dei taxisti, presi di mira non solo dal Governo nel ddl competitivit\u00e0 – con nuove aperture a Uber – ma anche dall\u2019Antitrust. L\u2019Autorit\u00e0 \u2013 a quanto leggo con stupore \u2013 si \u00e8 schierata con Uber contro in tassisti, costituendosi parte civile. Chieder\u00f2 spiegazioni su questo al suo Presidente.<\/p>\n
Quanto al Governo, \u00e8 curioso che non si ponga il problema della perdita di gettito fiscale con la diffusione di Uber. Se il Governo non avesse posto la fiducia, il Senato avrebbe potuto esprimersi su questa e altre questioni specifiche. Probabilmente, la ragione della fiducia sta proprio l\u00ec: ha lasciato dormire il provvedimento per nove mesi, poi ha fatto credere che il ddl sarebbe passato in Commissione, per introdurre delle correzioni auspicate da tutti e per un esame approfondito di varie questioni. E, alla fine, ha preso in giro tutti (nclusi i relatori che avevano chiesto, appunto, un esame ulteriore), evidentemente soddisfatto dei favori fatti a vari grandi interessi – come Uber, come certi colossi internazionali del farmaco, come le assicurazioni, sempre a scapito di chi lavora in modo indipendente.<\/p>\n
Ora, la mossa dell\u2019Antitrust getta altra benzina sul fuoco. Auspico che la Camera modifichi il ddl concorrenza e il Tribunale giudichi con equit\u00e0, a difesa di chi lavora e paga le tasse in Italia”.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
