Si deve dire chiaro che chi ha fatto esplodere i petardi ha compiuto un atto criminale. La scusa dello \u2018scherzo\u2019 non \u00e8 accettabile. Ci\u00f2 deve essere chiaro, soprattutto verso possibili imitatori del gesto scellerato. Bene fanno le Autorit\u00e0 a sollecitare chi sa a farsi avanti. In secondo luogo, vanno accertate le carenze nell\u2019organizzazione della piazza: evidentemente, la folla era troppa, le vie di fuga troppo poche, il divieto di entrare con le bottiglie non fatto rispettare.
