Vedo molti affermare che la legge elettorale non andrebbe cambiata pochi mesi prima del voto: in realt\u00e0, la legge elettorale \u00e8 sempre stata riformata poco prima del voto e, soprattutto, qui si tratta di avere una legge efficace e votata del Parlamento anzich\u00e9 un mero risultato di sentenze della Corte Costituzionale.
