“La revoca della destituzione di Bruno Contrada dalla Polizia \u00e8 una bella notizia e un duro colpo per tutti quei giustizialisti che da decenni imperversano nel nostro Paese, danneggiando gravemente la vera Giustizia. La notizia fa il paio con la sentenza di assoluzione di Contrada da parte della Cassazione, dopo anni di gogna mediatica e giudiziaria. La Corte Europea per i Diritti dell\u2019Uomo lo ha detto chiaramente: l\u2019Italia non avrebbe potuto processare l\u2019ex poliziotto perch\u00e9, all\u2019epoca dei fatti a lui contestati, risalenti a prima del \u201994, il reato di concorso in associazione mafiosa non era tipizzato. Torna alla mente anche l\u2019ingiusta sorte toccata a Marcello Dell\u2019Utri, condannato per reati commessi prima del 1994.<\/p>\n
Ora, con la revoca della destituzione, Contrada avr\u00e0 giustamente diritto a tutti quei soldi che non gli sono stati corrisposti nei 25 anni di interdizione dai pubblici uffici, ma nessuno gli potr\u00e0 restituire decenni di ingiuste sofferenze.
